Chipwrapper Mobile Edition brings the latest headlines from the UK's newspapers, and the Chipwrapper search engine to your phone.
Go to www.chipwrapper.co.uk/mobile on your phone, and you'll find the latest headlines from news sources in the UK including The Sun, The Times, The Telegraph, Sky News, the BBC, The Guardian and Daily Mail.
If you have a phone that can browse XHMTL or HTML websites, you can follow the headlines to the newspaper website to read the whole story. If you have an older WAP phone, you may not be able to follow the links, but you'll be able to see the headlines from the major UK press all on one page on your phone.
The Chipwrapper Mobile Edition also includes a search box to access Chipwrapper results for UK newspapers and news sources. Again this will work if your phone or PDA has a fully specified web browser, but may not work on older small-screen devices.
Why don't the headline links work on my phone?
Sorry, Chipwrapper doesn't make news content - it just points to it. If the newspaper site doesn't have a mobile friendly version of a story, then it isn't available via Chipwrapper either.
Why doesn't the search work on my phone?
Chipwrapper search is powered by a Google Custom Search Engine. If the search doesn't work on your phone, it is because the code from Google is not compatible with your handset. Sorry.
